AuditUX is a collaborative SaaS platform that streamlines website auditing for designers, developers, and clients. Developed through stakeholder interviews and usability testing, it solves the problem of misaligned feedback and fragmented workflows. With intuitive project setup, task assignment, and real-time commenting, AuditUX becomes a single source of truth for cross-functional teams — reducing rework and accelerating delivery.

Audit processes were fragmented across design and development teams — creating misaligned expectations, redundant feedback loops, and slower delivery cycles.

AuditUX enhances website design through automated audits that detect issues in typography, scalability, and accessibility. By combining design and development metrics, it improves SEO and streamlines redesign workflows. The platform bridges gaps between designers, developers, and project managers with a CI/CD-based tool that fosters collaboration and speeds delivery.

The option to work in tandem with other designers and developers will give team members the opportunity to view, respond, fix errors, and add to their teams work, Improving team role understanding.

How might an all in one auditing tool increase team productivity?

Real time chat feature as well as a shared design board will help design teams create a consistent redesign while showing the client their progress.

How might creating a collaborative design software with real time communication and task tracking help enhance team member progress?

An in depth auditing tool that sends simplified and clear reports to clients will increase client and stakeholder understanding, reducing risk of late release due to client modification.

Rapid sketching to explore multiple solutions before selecting the MVP.

Information Architecture

After completing the research and identifying potential MVPs, I began rapid sketching using an 8-frame layout. Each frame represented a possible feature or workflow improvement. By dedicating one minute per frame, I generated diverse interface ideas that informed the final wireframes for AuditUX.

Design Process

Before diving into design, I analyzed approaches from other SaaS platforms with complex systems to understand how they tailored interfaces across devices. This informed my layout decisions for both tablet and desktop users.

After several interviews, I defined the product of Audit UX, prioritizing features that balanced user and business goals, bridging the gap between designers, developers, and clients.

User Interviews

I interviewed a product manager, two designers, two developers, and a graphic designer to gather insights and translate them into features that address user practices and motivations.

After several meetings, I created a foundation and prototypes to share my vision, design principles, and content strategy, which helped structure and guide decision-making.

Reflection & Learnings

Audit UX was a deeply personal project focused on redefining the website redesign process by centering design teams as the primary users. My goal was to address the pain points of designers, developers, and project leads while streamlining the costly, time-consuming redesign process. By prioritizing responsive design, I conceptualized an innovative meta-SaaS tool to simplify cross-platform adaptation.

Leveraging AI increased efficiency and reduced project time by 75%. It accelerated ideation, optimized user flows, and enabled rapid prototyping — allowing me to tackle complex design challenges within an 80-hour timeframe. Although time constraints limited testing with a larger participant pool, I gained valuable insights into team collaboration patterns and successful redesign practices.

In the future, integrating tools like Maze for unmoderated usability testing could enhance analytics and task flow insights. This project also marked my first collaboration with subject matter experts prior to user testing — a practice I plan to expand for greater impact in future projects.
